Gleeking out.

Glee finally makes it's return to prime time tonight. I've been waiting months for this! I really hope it's as good as I'm expecting, but those expectations are pretty high.

To celebrate it's return, a few friends and I are making dinner {what, I'm not sure yet so I hope it turns out}, drinking wine and swooning over Finn Hudson. It will be a good night indeed.

I'm not really a fan of scary movies. Actually, I'm a wuss. I cover my eyes when horror movies preview during my TV shows-- and they still give me nightmares. Until about a week ago I used to cover my eyes and ears whenever something about the CW show Supernatural came on TV. Now, I'm addicted to it.

My friend's constant praise of the show convinced me to give it a chance. It's tortured, dark and disturbing. I love it. While I haven't slept well since I began watching, I can't stop. It's just too good.

I finished season one in less than a week. On to season two.

Glee

My latest guilty pleasure, besides pumpkin spice lattes: Glee.

At first, I thought the show would be too immature and fluffy- it is targeted at a much younger audience- but it is pretty entertaining and can even bet witty at times.

Plus, that quarterback-- what a cutie.

I Miss Good TV

I don't watch a lot of TV. Any really. But I don't feel like I'm missing out. TV sitcoms just don't seem as good now as they used to be. And there are way too many reality shows that I can't stand.

The poor kids today don't have anything good to watch- family sitcoms at least.

I thought up a little list of TV shows from my childhood that I miss (But this is definitely not the full list nor does it include shows that I watched as reruns like Mary Tyler Moore, MASH and Get Smart. Get Smart is a classic.):

I still watch many of these today. I know I'm forgetting a lot of good shows. I'll remember them all tomorrow.
